14th August, Friday, 7:30pm - Cafe Culture presents I Am Not A Silent Poet
This Totnes-based poetry cabaret will be featuring Reuben's Woolley's I Am Not A Silent Poet Facebook poetry group, with a reading of their powerful and uplifting poems, protesting about all kinds of abuse and giving hope for the future. There will be songs and music from Richard & Lesley Quayle. Admission £3.00.

12th September, Saturday,7:00pm - Quiet Compere Tour 2015, Stop 8
Sarah L Dixon brings her show of selected poets from the area to The Phoenix Arts Centre, Gandy Street, EX4 3LS Exeter. Performances from Gram Joel Davies, Becky Gethin, Matt Harvey, Clare Hepworth-Wain, Susan Jordan, Hannah Linden, Tom Sastry, Mark Totterdell and me. Co-hosted by Sarah L Dixon and Alasdair Paterson. Admission £4.00.

26th September, Sunday, All day - 100,000 Poets For Change, Totnes
This global series of poetry-related events, which started in California, is represented in Totnes by an all-day open mic and selected guest performances. Venue TBC. Come and join in or just listen to some of the work. Organiser/Poet Susan Taylor and I be there all day.

27th September, Sunday, 7:30pm - Trade Winds
Monthly open mic, at the Tradesmans Arms, Scoriton, nr Buckfastleigh, with poetry, songs, stories and music. Come as audience or to perform.

5th October, Monday, 7:30pm - The Broadsheet 3 launch
Our large-format, annual poetry magazine has a launch reading from its successful contributors at The City Gate Hotel, Iron Bridge, Lower North Street, Exeter EX4 3RB Admission FREE This launch is part of the Exeter Poetry Festival https://exeterpoetryfestival.wordpress.com/

16th October, Friday, 7:30pm - Cafe Culture presents Jennie Osborne & Ryn Garingaroses
This Totnes-based poetry cabaret will be featuring poet Jennie Osborne, launching her new book from Oversteps Books, along with inspiring singing from Exeter-based songwriter, Ryn Garingaroses. There will be other guests, too, TBC.

25th October, Sunday, 7:30pm - Trade Winds
